Eugent Bushpepa born in 2July 1984 in Rrëshen, is an Albanian singer and songwriter. He is the representative of Albania in the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest after winning the 56th edition of Festivali i Këngës with the song "Mall". Eugent or Gent Bushpepa started singing at an early age, after finishing high School he decides to leave Albania and live in Italy for few years. In 2006 and after his returning to Albania he started working as a singer on a Talk Show at Top Channel, based in Tirana, Albania. Year after year Gent become one of the best-known singers in Albania, his breakthrough was with the rock song “Maska e Madheshtise”, released in 2007 during Top Fest4. In the same competition he was also singed with the rock band Sunrise the song “Engjell”. But that was only the beginning, Eugent started making music and participating in several competitions and Festivals. Bushpepa made his own band and had the honour to support the historical band Deep Purple during their concert in Albania in March 2007 as part of the Rapture of the Deep tour. Four year later his international career highlited when he and his band supported Duff McKagan on their Loaded band tour in Tirana. In 2013 Eugent performed with Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, the guitarist of Guns N' Roses in a beer festival in Korçë and one year later supported Overkill in their Kill Fest 2014 tour around Europe. Twenty two songs was participated this year at the 56th “Festivali i Këngës”, after two semi-finals Eugent won the Festival with the song “Mall”, a song that is written and composed by Bushpepa himself. Albania will compete in the First half of the First Semi-Final at the 8 May in Lisbone.
Sevak Khanagyan is a Russian-Armenian singer and songwriter, born in 1987 in Metsavan, a small village in the Lori Province. When he was little his parents moved from Armenia to Kursk in Russia. He studied Music in Moscow and graduated with a degree in 2014. His first attempt to enter the Show Biz was in 2015 when he entered the first season of Glavnaya Stsena, the Russian version of The X-Factor but unfortunately, he was eliminated in the quarter-finals. He became well known with his participation in the fourth season of the popular TV Show The Voice of Russia in the same year, beside the coach Polina Gagarina who represented Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest Austria 2015. One year later, in 2016, Sevak participated and won the seventh season of The X-Factor Ukraine, mentored by Anton Savlepov. The following year he returned to his home country Armenia and became a coach in The Voice Armenia. The next step in his career was his participation on the TV Show Depi Evratesil 2018 with the song Quami. On February 21st Sevak qualified from the second semi-final to the final that took place on 25 February. Sevak won the Depi Evratesil 2018 and he will represent Armenia during the Second Semi-Final at 8 May.
Jessica Mauboy is a singer, songwriter and actress, born and raised in Darwin, Northern Territory in 1989. She has three older sisters Sandra, Jenny and Catherine, and a younger sister Sophia. From early age she was involved with her grandmother in the local church choir. Music was always part of her life, in her house her mother often singing and her father playing the guitar. At the age of fourteen Jessica found herself at the Tamworth competition at the 2004 Tamworth Country Music Festival in Tamworth, New South Wales. She won, and she travelled for the first time in Sydney where she scored a recording deal with Sony Music Australia. From that collaboration a country-inspired rendition of Cyndi Lauper’s hit Girls Just Wanna Have Fun was released but unfortunately without any correspondence and Mauboy returned to Darwin. In 2006 Jessica took part in the fourth season of Australian Idol, she made it through the final, but she didn’t win the show. Two weeks after the ending of the show she signed a contract with Sony Music Australia and on 24 February 2007 she released her debut album live album The Journey. A year later Mauboy joined as a new member the girl group Young Divas, and in the same time she worked on her first solo studio album. After a year with the band she announced that she will follow solo career and the group disbanded. Been Waiting was released in 2008, the solo studio album of Jessica. The album was certified double platinum and gave her new possibilities and her first steps of an international career. She signed a contract with the UK Ministry of Sound, she entered the Top 100 of the Japanese Albums Chart, won three awards of Deadly Awards, nominated for seven categories at the Aria Music Awards and served as a support act for Flo Rida and Beyoncé. In 2010 Jessica released her second studio album entitled Get 'Em Girls, where she was co-wrote eight of the ten album tracks. Two years later she recorded fifteen tracks for the soundtrack of The Sapphires', where she plaid Julie, and in 2013 released her third studio album Beautiful. Eurovision came for the first time in her life in 2014 where she was performing the song "Sea of Flags" as an interval act at the Second Semi-Final in Denmark. Immediately after, she started to work on her fourth studio album but in 2015 The Secret Daughter gave her the chance to unfold once again her acting talent and from that collaboration her first individual soundtrack album, The Secret Daughter: Songs from the Original TV Series, made big success. In 2017 her second individual soundtrack album, The Secret Daughter Season Two: Songs from the Original 7 Series, was released on October 6 and two months later SBS, the National Broadcaster of Australia, announced that Mauboy is the artist that will represent Australia at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal. The song that will perform in the stage of Eurovision called We Got Love and it's written by Australian hit makers DNA SONGS duo David Musumeci and Anthony Egizii in collaboration with Jessica. Australia will compete in the First Half of the Second Semi-Final at 8 May.
Cesár Sampson is a singer and songwriter, born in 1983 Linz, Austria. He worked as a social worker for many years, he is known for being a part of the music formations Symphonix International and Electric Church. Cesár is already a Eurovision Family member, we know him from his participation as a backing vocalist for the Bulgarian entry of Poli Genova If Love Was a Crime in 2016 and under the same flag in 2017 with the entry Beautiful Mess. The song that Sampson will perform in Lisbon called Nobody but You and it is written by Boris Milanov and Sebastian Arman, who have also been involved in the composition of songs for Bulgaria. Austria will compete in the second half of the First Semi-Final.
Aisel was born on 1989 in Baku, Azerbaijan in a musical family. She graduated from a secondary musical school and in 2010 she graduated from Azerbaijan's State Conservatory. She became known when she started to participate in several musical festivals including the Caspian Jazz & Blues Festival (2002), the Baku International Jazz festival (2005/2006), the MuzEnergo Festival of Music Improvisation (2007), the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2009 and the Caucasus Jazz Festival in 2012. This year the National Broadcaster of Azerbaijan decided to represented by Aisel at the 63rd edition of Eurovision Song Contest Lisbon 2018 with the song “X my heart” (cross my heart). The song has been written by the Greek producer and songwriter Dimitris Kontopoulos and the lyricist of Azerbaijan’s winning entry “Running Scared” in Eurovision 2011, Sandra Bjurman. Aisel said; "X My Heart" was my favourite song from the first moment I heard it. The music gave me a positive, uplifting feeling while performing it has a power that made me enjoy every second in the studio. I feel a strong connection with the lyrics of the song, since believing in myself made me overcome several difficulties I had in my life. This is a message I want to send to everyone: believing in yourself can make you “stronger than cannonballs”. I also like the way Sandra Bjurman played with my name, since “Aisel” in Azerbaijani means “the path of the moon”. Finally, I am thrilled to be working with such an international team. Professionals from Azerbaijan, Greece, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Cyprus, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine are all working together for this entry. For me Eurovision is a contest that unites people around Europe through music. I am really proud to be representing my country in this event." Azerbaijan will perform during the first half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Nikita Vladimirovich Alekseev or simply Alekseev is a Ukrainian singer and songwriter. He was born in 1993 and raised in Kiev, Ukraine. He has a degree in Marketing, but his true passion is music. Alekseev grow up listening to Queen, Led Zeppelin, Michael Jackson, George Michael and Justin Timberlake. When he was only twelve years old he became very interested in music and he made his first steps beside Konstantin Pona. Years later he formed his own band called “Mova”. His first attempt to the music career was in 2014 when he decided to take part in the blind auditions of The Voice Ukraine. Ani Lorak was the coach that took him but unfortunately Alekseev didn’t go so far, but Lorak helped him to shoot his debut single “Everything is in time”. One year later Alekseev released the single Pyanoye solntse (Drunken Sun), with music by Rusland Quint and lyrics by Vitaly Kurovsky. In 2016 he manages to release three more singles "Dreams of Shards", "Oceans of Steel" and "Feeling Soul" and gain numerous awards including Breakthrough Artist of The Year at the Russian MUZ-TV Awards and Breakthrough Artist of The Year at the Ukrainian M1 Music Awards. In 2017 his career takes-off by winning several categories in ZD Awards and Top Hit Music Awards, including "Breakthrough Artist of The Year" and "Artist of The Year". The same year Alekseev made his first Ukrainian Tour which made huge success. Alekseev took part in the National Election of Belarus for the artist that will represent the country at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest and won. The song that will perform on the stage of Eurovision in Lisbon called “Forever” and it is written by Kyrylo Pavlov and Evhen Matyushenko. Belarus will compete on the first half of the First Semi-Final.
Sennek is the stage name of Laura Groeseneken, was born on 30 April 1990 in the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium. She is singer and songwriter, she has already worked on several high-profile musical projects including the 50th anniversary celebrations of the James Bond franchise, 007 In Concert. Since 2014 Laura has been performing with Ozark Henry. Together they have appeared at some of Belgium's biggest festivals, including Rock Werchter, which takes place in Belgium every July. The song of Snnek called “A Matter Of Time”and it was written by Sennek with Alex Callier of Hooverphonic and producer Maxime Tribeche. It was produced by Paris-based producer Maxime Tribeche and recorded at ICP Studio in Elsene, Belgium. A Matter Of Time is an evocative song with melancholic tone and a strong story. "The song describes the way you can find beauty in transience, how you can see the beauty in something precious that gets broken", explains Sennek. The message that song convey is that adversity and bad experiences can become opportunities for people to grow and realize that beauty can be found even in little things. Sennek said: "What an amazing feeling to be doing this with my own song. It’s been a fantastic experience to be able to collaborate with Alex and Maxime, two very talented artists. To get to share ideas and opinions until we finally managed to come up with a composition that everyone is proud of. The song fits me like a glove: the melancholy feeling, the vocals, the contrast between dark and light... And I think a song’s message is so important for its potential to reach people." EQUINOX is five members group especially formed for Eurovision Song Contest that will represent Bulgaria in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Bones”. The song was produced by Symphonics International, Borislav Milanov, Trey Campbell, Joacim Persson and Dag Lundberg, who were responsible for Bulgaria's recent success in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Vladdi is a Bulgarian singer, songwriter and actor and the front man of the popular Bulgarian groups Safo and Sleng. He is already member of the Eurovision Family, he was a backing vocalist for Kristian Kostov in Kyiv. As an actor, he has played in two of Bulgaria’s biggest movies of 2017 – Benzin, Heights and Nokaut.
JJ is a singer, songwriter and vocal producer. He debuted in the music industry was as a member of the popular Bulgarian boy band 032. He began his solo career in 2013 and released the songs Po-Dobre, Che Razbrah and Dilar Na Lubov. JJ teaches pop, soul and RnB singing and has masterclasses in Sofia and Plovdiv. He worked as vocal producer for the albums of one of Bulgaria’s biggest music artists.
Johnny Manuel is from Flint, Michigan, USA. He has been performing since his childhood, even touring with NSYNC at the age of 14. In 2017 he reached the Semi-Finals of America's Got Talent. He has released two singles, Come Alive and Blind Faith and is currently working on his debut album with Symphonics International.
Franka Batelić was born on June 7, 1992 in Rijeka, Croatia. Her first contact with singing was at the age of three as a soloist with the "Minicantanti" choir. She has followed musical education in Boston’s Berklee College of Music, Massachusetts. Later she enrolled at the Zagreb School of Law. In 2007 she participated on the TV show Showtime and after her victory she signed a recording contract with Hit Records. Later the same year she was released her first single “"Ovaj daj”. A year later Franka released her second single “Ruža u kamenu”, the song gained the Public's Award in the Pop/Rock category at the “12th Croatian Radio Festival”. Her third single was recorded for the National Selection of Croatia for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, entitled “Pjesma za kraj”. On 13 February 2018 was announced by the Croatian National Broadcaster that Batelić will represent the country at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon with the song “Crazy”. “I would like to thank the Croatian Radio Television for their invitation and confidence. My team and me are aware of the responsibilities this experience needs and brings, but we are ready for the challenge and we will do our very best to represent Croatia in the best possible way in Portugal”, the artist affirmed. Crazy is composed by Branimir Mihaljević, produced by Branimir Mihaljevic & Denis Mevlja, and the lyrics are from Franka Batelić. Croatia will compete in the second half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Eleni Foureira saw born in 1987 and grew up in Kallithea, neighbourhood of Athens, Greece. She was discovered and recruited in 2007 by Andreas Giatrakos as one of the 3 members of the group Mystique under a contract with Universal Music Greece. Two years after, she signed a contract with the same Label as a solo artist after the group disbanded, and in 2010 her debut album became reality entitled Eleni Foureira. She became very popular in 2011 with her participation in the charity program Just the Two of Us, hosted by Mega Channel. The next year her second album Ti Poniro Mou Zita gave her the chance to unfold the range of her talents and in 2014 the album Anemos Agapis established her as one of the most important female pop artists in Greece. Foureira is the crown jewel of music industry in Greece, she manages to sing and dance at the same time in highly professional level, be a sex symbol, fashion icon and strong performer. Every single performance of Eleni is so unique and professional that makes everybody talks about it for weeks and sometimes for years. Eleni won numerous awards over the years including Best New Artist, Fashion Icon in a Video, Video of the Year and Best Dance Video. Except music she has also expand her career in television and theatre. She made her theatrical debut in Barbarella: the 80's Musical (2015-2016) and she was one of the judges in the Greek version of the talent show So You Think You Can Dance (2017). Her love for Eurovision is well known, she attempts to represent Greece in 2010, by taking part in the national final with Manos Pyrovolakis, performing the song "Kivotos tou Noe". In 2013, she performed "Wild Dances" with Ruslana at Eurosong 2013 - a MAD show. Since then she attempts to represent Greece but unfortunately without results. Finally her dream will become reality performing for the colours of Cyprus in the second half of the First Semi Final at the 8 th of May in Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. The song Fuego is composed by Alex Papaconstantinou, also known as Alex P. The artistic director and choreographer Sacha Jean-Baptiste has been assigned for the staging of the entry, an experienced artist at the Eurovision Song Contest. Cyprus will compete during the second half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Mikolas Josef is a singer and songwriter born in 1995 in Prague, Czech Republic. At the age of 17 he started to work as a model for clothing brands such as Diesel and Prada. He started his musical career as a street performer and folk guitarist in Oslo, Zurich, Hamburg and Vienna. In 2015 he released independently his first single “Hands Bloody”, one year later the single “Free” and “Believe (Hey, Hey). Josef had the chance to represent his country in the Eurovision Song Contest Kiev, but he rejected the song “My Turn” because he did not believe the song suited him. In 2017 his single “Lie To Me” entered the National Selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 and won. The song is written by Josef himself and it’s a combination of modern pop sound with hip hop. Czech Republic will compete during the first half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Jonas Flodager Rasmussen or simply Rasmussen is a singer and actor born in Viborg, Denmark. He lives in Langå with his wife and two children. Jonas studied dramaturgy and music at Aarhus University and works also as a teacher at Cultural School and Aarhus Theatre Learning and School of Performing Arts at Viborg. Rasmussen is a member and leading singer of the 80s cover band Hair Metal Heröes, with excellent performances of cover artists such as Elton John, ABBA, and Rugsted & Kreutzfeldt. He is a stage actor and participated in products such as West Side Story, Rent and Les Misérables in Aarhus and Holstebro. In 2018 Jonas decided to participate at the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2018 with the song “Higher Ground”, a song written by Niclas Arn and Karl Eurén. He won the show and now he will represent Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest Lisbon 2018 during the first half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Elina Nechayeva was born on November 10, 1991 in Tallinn, Estonia.She has graduated the French Lyceum in Tallinn and participated in the preparations in classic singing by Georg Ots. Tallinn Music School. She was a member of the choir "Raduga" for fifteen years. She studied in Tallinn for her Bachelor’s degree in music from 2011 to 2014 and from 2014 to 2016 completed her Master’s degree at the Estonian Music and Theatre Academy under Eva Märtson. In 2011 won the third prize in the International Voice Competition for Young Singers in Kohtla-Järvel. The year 2013 in Tallinn she won the Competition for Singers "Laulusild". She also participated in the studio opera at the Milan Conservatoire. In 2014 she won the Second Prize at the Music Competition "Klassikatähed" and Second Prize, Tiit Kuusik International Competition for Opera Singers. In 2015 the coloratura soprano made her debut at the Estonian National Opera as Giannetta in Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore. In the same year Elina became a member of the LTL opera studio at the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca, where she sang the role of Valencienne in Lehár’s The Merry Widow. The same period (2015-2016), she played as a guest at the Estonian Drama Theater "Kaart ja territoorium". In addition to EZMA Music Agency, Elina collaborated with "Eesti Kontserdiga" and Professor Helina Kapten, Estonian Academy of Music and Theater, and performed in concerts in Estonia and abroad. Elina was with Marko Reikop the hosts of the semi-finals of Eesti Laul 2017. This year she decided to participate in the National Selection, Eesti Laul 2018, with the song “La Forza”. The song is written by Mihkel Mattisen, Timo Vendt, Ksenia Kuchukova and Elina Nechayeva. Elina won the Eesti Laul 2018 and will perform on the stage of Eurovision during the first half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Eye Cue is the name of the group that will represent F.Y.R Macedonia this year at the 63 rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. The artists of the group are Bojan Trajkovski - Vocals/Guitar, Ivo Mitkovski – Drums and Marija Ivanovska – Vocals. The song will perform on the stage of Eurovision in Lisbon called “Lost and Found” and its written by Bojan Trajkovski and Darko Dimitrov. F.Y.R. Saara Sofia Aalto is a singer, songwriter and voice actor born in 1987, Oulunsalo, Finland. She grew up in a musical family, at the age of five she had already written her first song. In 1998 one of her own compositions won the Kotka Maritime Festival, a song contest for children. Aalto graduated in 2005 and moved to Helsinki to study music at the Sibelius Academy and at the same time she studied singing in the Helsinki Pop & Jazz Conservatory. She has an incredible national career, she has performed in concerts, galas, TV-shows, and musicals. She has toured across Finland with several top orchestras, military bands and with her own band. Saara is an incredible Multilanguage artist, she can sing in several languages and she has studied English, Swedish, French, Japanese and Chinese. As an actress she participated as Dorothy and Phannee in the Finnish production of Wicked - The Musical and as Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar. Her first attempt to enter the Eurovision Family was in 2011 when she participated in the national selection with the song “Blessed With Love” and five years later with her participation in the competition Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu with the song “No Fear”. Aalto participated in the first season of the TV-show The Voice Of Finland in 2012 where she finished as a runner-up. Four years later she enters the thirteenth season of The X-Factor UK in the team of Simon Cowell, she made it to the final but she didn’t won the show. Finnish National Broadcaster Yle, gave to Aalto the privilege to represent her country at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest Lisbon 2018. Three songs were written for this occasion 1) “Monsters” written by Saara Aalto, Joy Deb, Linnea Deb and Ki Fitzgerald 2) “Domino” written by Thomas G: son, Bobby Ljunggren, Johnny Sanchez, Will Taylor and Saara Aalto and 3) “Queens” written by Farley Arvidsson and Charlie Walshe, Tom Aspaul and Saara Aalto. The song that has been voted to represent Finland in the Eurovision was "Monsters". Finland will compete during the second half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Madame Monsieur consisting of vocalist Émilie Satt (Sattonet) and producer Jean-Karl Lucas. The duo met each other in 2008 and formed Madame Monsieur in 2013. In 2015 the duo wrote the song “Smile” for the French rapper Youssoupa and later participated in the TV-show Taratata. The results of their collaboration lead them to their debut album eight years after their first meeting, on 4 November 2016 the album Tandem was released. This year France decided to create a TV-show to find the representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018, the result was Destination Eurovision hosted by the National Broadcaster France 2. Madame Monsieur confirmed their participation with the song “Mercy”, a song based on a true story. Mercy is the name of a little child that born on March 21 on the humanitarian boat “Aquarius” of the association “SOS Mediterranean”. Her Nigerian mother was escaping from the violence and the cruelty of her country for a better future while the father of Mercy remains in a jail in Lybia. “Aquarius” saved 945 refuges and brought them to Catania, Italy. On 8 January, Émilie and Jean-Karl during the second semi-final qualified to the final that won on 27 January. France is a member of Big5 and performs straight to the Grand Final on 12 May.
Iriao are an ethnic folk group consisted by David Malazonia-keyboard, composer, Arranger, David Kavtaradze – Georgian folk instruments, Bidzina Murgulia- vocals, Levan Abshilava- drums, percussion, Shalva Gelekva – bass, George Abashidze- vocals and Mikheil Javakhishvili – vocals. The name Iriao comes from the common phrase “Iriao-uruao” of the famous Georgian jodling singing style “Krimanchuli”. The leader of Iriao, David Malazonia is one of first Georgian composers who have combined folk music and jazz. He is known for his successful compositions for numerous films and theatrical pieces both in Georgia and Germany. He has also written music for the legendary Georgian band ADIO. In 2013 David made his own band, Iriao, and made their debut performance in June 2013 in Tbilisi. The repertoire of the band is based on Georgian authentic folk Instrumental and polyphonic music, which has been recognized by UNESCO as being a masterpiece of oral immaterial heritage. Georgia will compete during the second half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Michael Schulte is a German singer and songwriter born on 30 April 1990 in Dollerup, a small municipality near Flensburg. In 2008 he started to post covers on his YouTube Channel and in 2012 he participated on the first season of The Voice Of Germany that placed third. His debut album Wide Awake was released in 2012 with the lead single “Carry Me Home”. Michael continue to make music and performances and on 29 December 2017 was confirmed as one of the acts in the National Selection for Eurovision Song Contest Lisbon 2018, Unser Lied für Lissabon. Michael wrote a song about his deceased father with Thomas Stengaard, Nisse Ingwersen and Nina Müller entitled “You Let Me Walk Alone”. The song won the competition and Schulte will represent Germany in the Grand Final, as a member of the Big5 on 12 May.
Gianna Terzi, emerging from a musically recognized family, has developed her skills both as a singer and as a songwriter in her ten-year stay in America. There she was Talent Scouter next to a top musician of Interscope, one of the world's largest record companies, and she worked with great names on the international stage such as Red One, R. City, in addition to her years of experience in the field. Gianna was nominated and winner of the Arion Awards and Cyprus Music Awards. Her single “Pou kai Pou” where in the first place for months, she appeared at Mad Video Music Awards and in 2009 was selected to interpret the historical "Nocturne" in the Pan-Hellenic Eurovision Preshow, and more. The song “Oniro Mou” (My Dream) has Hellenic sound and lyric written by Gianna Terzi, Aris Kalimeris, Dimitris Stamatiou and Mihalis Papathanasiou. Oniro Mou was written as an imaginary dialogue between Greece and its people, but it could also be about love. Aris Kalimeris is a music producer, lyricist and manager and member of the Eurovision Family with his participation in Moldova's 2009 entry “Hora din Moldova” with Nelly Ciobanu. He has worked with many Romanian and foreign artists such as Inna, Marius Moga (Morandi), Mattyas, Ela Rose, Nico (Eurovision Romania 2008) , Snoop Dogg and many Greeks singing Sakis Rouvas, Vegas and Christina Salti, with many of his tracks becoming international successes, distinguishing “Secret love” that entered the charts in more than 30 countries in 2010 following a lot of others with similar success. Dimitris Stamatiou is a music producer who counts collaborations with great names of Hellenic discography such as Elena Paparizou, Antique, Anna Vissi, Goin 'Through, Zenith, Apostolia Zoi, and has 2 golden discs with Goin 'through and has worked for 7 years as a producer/arranger on the side of Giorgos Theophanous. Michalis Papathanassiou is co-founder and member of Goin' through, the first hip-hop band of our country and co-founder and producer of Family the label. He has been A & R and in-house producer at Universal Music Greece, co-owner of Prism Studio, one of the most well-known recording studios in Athens, co-owner of the world-renowned Black Rock studio in Santorini. His name is behind the composition, orchestration and production of songs by great Greek artists such as Alkistis Protopsaltis, Haris Alexiou, Giorgos Mazonakis, Elena Paparizou, Michalis Hatzigiannis etc., while at the same time he signs as a composer and producer of soundtracks at the Hellenic Spectacle. AWS is a Hungarian metal and post-hardcore band. The members are Bence Brucker, Dániel Kökényes, Örs Siklósi, Áron Veress and Soma Schiszler. The debut album of AWS was in 2011 with the title Fata Morgana, till now they count 3 albums, three singles and seven video clips. They are well known in Europe, they toured as a band beyond Hungary with success in places such as Austria, England, Romania and Slovenia, and also with Blind Myself. AWS have even won the MTV Brand award for New Winning Band. On December 2017, AWS announced that will participate on the TV-show A Dal 2018, the National Selection for the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon. The song “Viszlát nyár” (Goodbye, summer) is written by Dániel Kökényes, Bence Brucker, Áron Veress, Soma Schiszler and Örs Siklósi. AWS won A Dal 2018 and will represent Hungary at the 63rd sedition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Hungary will compete during the second half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Ari Ólafsson is a 19-year-old singer from Iceland. He grew up in Reykjavík and lived in Florida USA at a young age. He started singing at a very early age, when he was only eleven years old was discovered by Selma and Ari gain the leading role in the musical Oliver! at the national theatre of Iceland. Ari became a professional singer and actor and participated in the biggest stages and theatres of Iceland. In 2011 Sissel Kyrkjebo, the Norwegian megastar singer, noticed and invited him in several occasions. With this opportunity Ólafsson moved on to study classical singing. Ari has many collaborations with well-known Icelandic singers, he became very popular with his participation on the Icelandic edition of The Voice 2015 and last year he was a backing vocalist in Söngvakeppnin. Royal Academy of music in London accepted him with full scholarship this fall. Eurovision was always a dream for Ari, from little child he wanted to be part of this competition. This year he entered the National Selection of Iceland with the song “Our Choice”. The song is written by Thorunn Clausen who has also wrote the Icelantic entry in 2011 Coming Home. Iceland will compete in the first half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Ryan O'Shaughnessy is a singer, songwriter and actor from Skerries, Dublin. His career started in 2001 as an actor when he gained a role in the TV series Fair City. After nine years in the series Ryan decided that music was his true passion. He dropped Tv for music and started to experiment in writing and singing. The first attempt of Ryan as a singer was in 2012 when he took part in the blind auditions of The Voice of Ireland. The same year he decided to participate in Britain’s Got talent with a composition of his own, a song called “No Name”. He entered the show but later he was disqualified due to his place on the live shows on The Voice of Ireland and his contract with Universal. When Ryan released from his contact with Universal he appeared in the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent with a second composition “First Kiss”, he made it to the final where he placed 5th. After the shows Ryan signed a contract with Sony Music and an EP was released with 6 songs including “First Kiss” and “No Name”. In 2015 Ryan establish his own record label under the name “Bayview Records” based in Dublin, and a year later he released his debut album Back to Square One. On January 2018, the National Broadcaster of Ireland announced that Ryan O'Shaughnessy will represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon with the song “Together”. Ireland will compete in the second half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Netta Barzilai is born and raised in Israel. She is 25-year-old and she is the winner of the fifth season of “HaKokhav HaBathe”. Her powerful voice, her magnetic personality, her unique sound recorder, and the way she mastered the looper, during her performances made her the victory of the Show and the next representative of Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest. Netta brings a fresh and contemporary combination of sounds and influences to the Eurovision Song Contest. TOY, is written by Doron Medalie and Stav Beger, it’s a powerful and unique song that Netta will perform it during the first half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Ermal Meta is a singer and songwriter, born on 20 April 1981 in Fier Albania. At the age of thirteen he moved with his family to Bari, Southern Italy. He began his music career as a guitarist of the Italian band Ameba4. Meta participated with the band in the famous Sanremo Music Festival 2006 with the song “Rido... forse mi sbaglio”, song that released on their self-titled album in 2006. A year later Meta became the main songwriter, leader singer and frontman of the band La Fame di Camilla. From 2009 to 2013, year that the band split, was released two albums, La Fame di Camilla and Buio e luce. He started to write songs for several artists such as Marco Mengoni, Emma, Chiara, Annalisa, Patty Pravo and Lorenzo Fragola. In 2013 he appeared on the single of Paty Pravo “Non mi interessa”, and a year later he was participated at the 66th edition of Sanremo Music Festival, performing the song "Odio le favole". The song was includen in his debut album Umano. He returned to the competition in 2017 with the song “Vietato morire”, a title that Meta gave to his second personal album later the same year. Fabrizio Mobrici born on 9 April 1975, he is better known by his stage name Fabrizio Moro. He is an Italian singer, songwriter and television presenter. Moro started his professional musical career in 1996 when he released his debut single "Per tutta un'altra destinazione", a song that included in his debut album Ricordi in 2000. Till 2008, Fabrizio took part three times to the Sanremo Competition and released three albums, with singles that made big success such as “Pensa”, “Eppure mi hai cambiato la vita” and “Situazioni della vita”. In 2010 he enters Sanremo with the song “Non è una canzone” and one year later he made his debut as a TV personality, presenting the programme Sbarre, a docu-reality about Italian prisons broadcast by Rai 2. On February 2018, Moro along with Ermal Meta participate and won in Sanremo Music Festival with a song written by Ermal Meta, Fabrizio Moro and Andrea Febo with the title “Non mi avete fatto nient”. As a member of the Big5, Italy will compete straight to the Grand Final at 12 May.
Laura Rizzotto is a 23-year-old Latvian/Brazilian recording and performing artist and a professional songwriter. She started playing the piano at the age of 9 and at the age of 11 wrote her first ballad with the title “Reason Why”. She is self-taught guitarist and ukulele performer. At the age of 15 Laura started to perform her songs in the music scene of Rio de Janeiro. In 2011 her debut album Made in Rio released under the label of Universal Music Brazil. The single “Fish Out of Water” included in the soundtrack of a popular soap opera from Rede Globo. On April 2012, Laura opened a major concert of Demi Lavato in Brazil with 7,000 people. One year later she moved to Los Angeles to record her second studio album “Reason to Stay”. The album was produced in Los Angeles and Tokyo by Nicolas Farmakalidis and mastered by Grammy award winner sound engineer Brad Blackwood. Laura has graduated from California Institute of the Arts, where she got a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Musical Arts and Masters in Music degree at Columbia University from New York City. Rizzoto worked for almost two years as a Portuguese vocal coach to Jennifer Lopez, in her collaboration with Brazilian artists under the Sony Music Label. Laura participated at the National Selection of Latvia Supernova with the song “Funny Girl” and will represent her country at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon. Latvia will compete during the second half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Ieva is only 24 years old but she is already a professional singer. When she was six years old she started her musical studies in piano and pop music until she was fifteen. Ieva is already member of the Eurovision Family, she was participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest as a backing vocalist when she was fourteen years old. She was one of the finalists at The Voice of Lithuania in 2012, and a year later she participated in the National Final and reached the finals. This year she participated again with the song “When We’re Old”, a creation of Vytautas Bikus and won. The message of this song is that love can last forever, that it is the most powerful thing in this universe and that love can defeat all the fears that we may have. Vytautas Bikus is a Lithuanian composer, songwriter and music producer. He is not stranger to the contest, he participated again in 2015 with the song “This Time” performed by Vaidas Baumila and Monika Linkytė. He has worked with famous Lithuanian artists and has written, produced and co-produced many chart topping hits in his country. He also writes music for film and television and works as one of the music producers on The X Factor in Lithuania.
Christabelle was born in 1992, she is a professional singer and she made her first steps in music and performing from the age of three. As a teenager she hosted Teen Traffic and Teen Trouble (both nominated for a Malta Television Award). After that brief experience Christabelle decided to focus on her music career and participated in several song contests such as the Maltese selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and F.I.D.O.F. in Louisiana, USA. Some of Christabelle’s top chart singles are I Wanna Know, Flame, Naturally, Every Time I Bleed, Everything About You, Say, and Fall for You. The singer has won eight Bay Music Awards, which are the highest accolade from the Maltese music industry. She tried to represent Malte at the Eurovision Song Contest in the past but she placed in the Top 10 of the Maltese selection for the Contest three times: eighth in 2014 with the song Lovetricity, second in 2015 with Rush, and fourth in 2016 with Kingdom. This year she returned to the Maltese National Final with the song “Taboo”, which is written by Johnny Sanchez, Muxu, Thomas G:Son (who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 with “Euphoria”) and herself.
Marina Djundiet, Eugeniu Andrianov and Sergiu Mîța are DoReDoS, the Moldovan folk-pop trio formed in 2011, they met in their hometown and decided to form a band together and their name came from the first two notes of the musical scale. In 2017, DoReDoS caught the attention of Russian singer and songwriter Philipp Kirkorov by winning the contest New Wave in Sochi, Russia. Philipp wrote the song “My Lucky Day” for the Moldovan national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, O melodie pentru Europa 2018, especially for the trio. Marina Djundiet was born o1986 in the town Rybnitsa, into a creative family. Her father is a guitarist and her mother danced in the ensemble of folk dances. She entered Tiraspol's College of Music, in 2002, and graduated as a professional singer. Afterwards, she graduated from the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts. Eugeniu Andrianov was born in 1993 in the town Rybnitsa as well. He began to sing when he was ten years old: "I really wanted to sing, and the only one who believed in me was my mother," he said. Eugeniu studied at the Tiraspol's College of Music, and then graduated from the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts. In 2013, Eugeniu won the second prize at the Slavianski Bazar Song Festival in Vitebsk, Belarus. Three years later, he was invited to Vitebsk again, but this time as an honorary guest of the festival. Sergiu Mîța was born in 1993, also in the same town as Marina and Eugeniu. His music teacher noticed his talent when Sergiu was in the third grade. Sergiu graduated from the Lyceum Evrika and Music School before moving to Chisinau and entering the College of Music. In 2014, he studied at the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts.
Vanja Radovanović was born in 1982 he is a singer and songwriter, for over fourteen years he is a part of the music industry in Montenegro. In 2004 Vanja participated at the Budva Music Festival where he competed with the song Dripac, where he also he won the award for the Best Debut. In 2007, he released the single Pričaj dodirom, and a few months later he released an album with the same title. The video clip for the single was filmed in cooperation with the Institute for Education and Rehabilitation of persons with impaired hearing, which is based in Kotor, Montenegro. The album Pričaj dodirom became one of the best-selling albums in Montenegro. Vanja is a very talented artist, he has released numerous singles for himself, he composed songs for other artists, performed at countless concerts, and became the lead singer of the band VIII2. His second solo album was released in 2017 with the title Svi životi moji. The song that will represent Montenegro in the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Inje is his creation.
Alexander was born in Minsk, Belarus and raised in Oslo from the age of 5. He learned to play violin at an early age, and it was not long before he started performing on stage. The first recognition came in 2006 with his participation in Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation’s talent competition Kjempesjansen (The Big Break). He entered with his own jazz inspired composition, Foolin, and won. In 2009 Alexander Rybak became known across Europe after winning the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow, Russia for Norway with the song Fairytale. His victory marked the highest recorded score in the history of the Contest at that time with a total of 387 points. Fairytale entered the Top Charts in many European countries, and the follow-up album, Fairytales, was released in 25 countries. Before became known, Alexander has been touring both at home and abroad and has been involved in a series of different musical projects. In 2016 he appeared at the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest Stockholm participating as part of the interval act. This year he participated in the National Final of Norway with a song that wrote and composed, That’s How You Write A Song, and won.
Gromee is a Krakow producer, DJ, remixer, songwriter and music collector. He develops his passions in his hometown - Krakow. He finds himself perfectly in various genres of music, not only club music. Gromee appreciates the sound of live instruments, experiments with music and cooperates with many outstanding musicians and multi-instrumentalists. His live sets are always the best-selected music and sounds that draw the listener. Gromee has been regularly giving concerts all over Poland for a few years, and his sets are hosted in the best clubs and festivals in the country. As a producer, he has been cooperating with the largest studios in the world for several years, and his solo project has already been sung by Andreas Moe, the song "Gravity" known from the production of Tiesto or Hardwell. Anderz Wrethov song "Live Forever" is a singer, producer, multi-instrumentalist known to a wider audience for his solo work and production for the biggest stars of the Eurovision Song Contest. These pieces played host to Polish and foreign radio stations. Gromee’s numerous singles has received double platinum, platinum and gold records. This March his debut album, Chapter One, was released. He shared the stage at sold out music festivals with Steve Aoki, Deorro and NERVO and he has also supporting David Guetta, Enrique Iglesias, Alan Walker and Mariah Carey. Lukas Meijer is a singer and songwriter based in Stockholm, Sweden. He became known with his band No Sleep For Lucy, where he developed his style of singing and the way he writes melodies and lyrics. Lukas is being able to adjust the right feeling to every song he sings without losing his own character on the voice. The same applies to the emotional feeling that he wants to give to the song and the melody. Lukas and No Sleep For Lucy, had the honour of working with a lot of talented people in the music industry such as Stevie Aiello (30 Seconds To Mars), Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires) and Grammy nominee Mark Holman (Daughtry, Three Days Grace).
Cláudia Pascoal born in 1994, she lives in Gondomar, Portugal and she is the representative of Portugal for the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest 2018. Music was always part in her life, as she was started playing the guitar since she was 15 years old and started out as a street artist. She started her career by presenting CurtoCircuito, a national talkshow for teenagers. She participated in TV shows such as Ídolos (the Portuguese version of American Idol) 2015 and in 2017 she reached the finalists of The Voice of Portugal. Claudia has released a single with Pedro Gonçalves and is the lead singer of her band MORHUA. In 2018, she took part and won the Portuguese national selection “Festival da Canção” for the Eurovision Song Contest and will represent Portugal with the song “O Jardim”. The entry was composed and produced by Isaura.
The Humans is a band of six members, Adi Tetrade, Alin Neagoe, Alex Matei, Alex Cismaru, Corina Matei and Cristina Caramarcu who is the lead vocalist. Four of them Neagoe (bass), Alex Matei (piano), Cristina Caramarcu (vocals) and Adi Tetrade was members of a band called Jukebox for ten years. Alin decided to make a profound change and form a new musical project, which joined by Alex Cismaru (guitar) and Adi Tanase (vocals), with tha name The Humans. Cristina Caramarcu gave up a promising career in telecommunications while she quitted her job, started singing lessons and joined Jukebox soon after. Alexandru Matei graduated from George Enescu Music Academy, he studied piano privately under the guidance of the famous jazz pianist Marius Popp. He has numerous collaborations with famous Romanian artists such as Andra, Stefan Banica and Damian Draghici. He was also part of the bands Jukebox and Supermarket. Adrian Tetrade made a percussion studies in Budapest under the guidance of Nestor Ivan, Hungary’s famous professor. During his career he played in various bands such as Sarmalele Reci, Compact and Paula Seling's band, while he collaborated with TV shows such as Dancing With The Stars, The Voice Romania and Strictly Come Dancing. Alin Neagoe was one of the co-founders of the band Supermarket, which won numerous national awards. In 2006 he joined the band Jukebox, where he met his future band members Alexandru, Adrian and Cristina. Like Alexandru Matei, Alexandru Cismaru graduated from George Enescu Music Academy where he studied guitar. With many guitar awards in his portfolio, which includes three consecutive number one awards at George Georgescu International Festival, Alex was a part of various bands. Corina Matei born in Bulgaria and from the age of seven years old she involved with the music as she joined the Varna Opera Child Choir. Three years later she moved to Romania, where she started studying the cello and studied on communications and PR where she graduate. The song “Goodbye” was composed and produced by Alin Neagoe and Alexandru Matei, the lyrics were written by Cristina Caramarcu and the video was directed by Anthony Icuagu.
Yuliya Olegovna Samoylova is a Russian singer and composer. She also mentioned as Yulia Samoilova or Julia Samoylova. Born on 1989 in Ukhta, Komi ASSR, Russian SFSR, USSR. As a child Yulia began losing function of her legs due to spinal muscular atrophy and has used a wheelchair since then. She started her career in her town as a performer in a restaurant where oil workers frequented. In 2008 she formed her own band called “TerraNova” which played heavy alternative music. In 2013, she was the runner-up of the Russian Version of The X-Factor, Faktor A. One year later she took part in the opening ceremony of the winter Paralympics performing the song “Together”. Samoylova was selected last year to represent Russia at the 62nd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev Ukraine, with the song “Flame Is Burning”. On 13 March 2017 Ukraine’s Security Service ban Samoylova fron entering Ukraine due to her performance in Crimea - a region that was annexed by Russia in 2014. According to Ukrainian law entering Crimea via Russia is illegal. For her violation of Ukrainian legislation, she was not being able to enter Ukraine for three years. On April 2017 Russian broadcaster announced their withdrawal from the contest. This year Russia decided to send Yulia to Lisbon to represent her country at the 63 rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. The song that will perform on the stage of Eurovision called I Won't Break. Russia will compete during the first half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.

Her inspirations are international music stars such as Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Christina Aguilera. Jenifer work hard to develop her unique style and vocal abilities. In 2016, the label KHB Music released her debut album "Recovery", the songs of the album were her creations. San Marino will compete during the first half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Aleksandar Sanja Ilić is singer, author and composer. His group Sanja Ilić & Balkanika assembles musicians who play old instruments from the Balkans and Aleksandar trying to blend them into a modern pop-rock sound. The original sound and musical style of Balkanika is a combination of world’s music elements based on the powerful native rhythm of the Balkans mixed with modern approaches. The sound of Sanja Ilić & Balkanika gain the international audience and the band known popularity not only in Serbia but also in Russia, in the United States and even in South Korea where they travel to perform in front thousands of people. The original band was six instrumentalists, one male, and two female vocals but later they were joined by two trumpeters and one female vocalist. The combination of the female ethnic vocals and powerful male rock vocals with electronic sound and ethnic Balkanic instruments, give a modern sound that can be heard for the first time on the band’s recordings.
Lea Sirk born in 1989, she is a Slovenian singer and a songwriter and started her musical education at the age of five in Koper, Slovenia. Lea studied at the Conservatory of Music in Geneva and between 2001 and 2007, she participated at numerous national and international competitions. Singing was always her passion, during her studies, she established herself as a singer. In 2005, Lea received the award for the most promising young singer at the International Music Competition Cologne. She participated in numerous festivals, she entered EMA – National Selection and tried to represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009 and 2010. Lea is known in Eurovision Song Contest, she participated as a backing vocalist in 2014 in Copenhagen with Tinkara Kovač, and in 2016 in Stockholm with ManuElla. Lea is also a studio musician and music arranger and has performed on numerous grand stages and recorded with numerous Slovene musicians. In her personal life Lea is also a mother of two girls, she has been building her soloist singing career in parallel with her other responsibilities, with a sense of determination.
Alfred García Castillo is a Spanish singer born on 14 March 1997 in El Prat de Llobregat, Catalonia. At the age of seven he began training vocals and studying the trombone. His is a talented young men self-taught guitarist, drummer and keyboardist. When he was fifteen García released a self-produced album under the name Beginning. Two years later he recorded his first single “She Looks So Beautiful”, thanks to the musical project La Capsa. The single won the Audience Award at the Festival Cara B in Barcelona. In 2016 he participated in the Spanish version of the famous TV-show The Voice, La Voz. Unfortunately, he didn’t enter the show, but he self-produced an acoustic album called Inblack (Volume One). One year later he auditioned for the ninth season of the music competition Operación Triunfo and on January 29 2018 during a live show called “Gala Eurovisión” of Operación Triunfo, he was selected along with Amaia Romero to represent Spain at the 63 rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Tu canción”. Amaia Romero Arbizu born on 3 January 1999 in Pamplona, Navarre. She is a Spanish singer and piano performer. In 2010 Amaia participated in the children’s talent show Cántame una canción on Telecinco. Two years later she took part on the first season of the talent show El Número Uno on Antena 3. But she became very known with her participation on the ninth series of Operación Triunfo. Where she won with García the golden ticket for the Eurovision Song Contest Lisbon 2018. Spain is one of the Big5 and will perform on the Grand Final at 12 May.

Inspirations for Benjamin was Hall & Oates, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson along the way. Zibbz consisted by the siblings Corinne "Coco" Gfeller (vocals) and Stefan "Stee" Gfeller (drums, keyboard). The name "zibbz" is a modification of the English word "siblings". Zibbz was founded in 2008, since 2011 Corinne and Stefan spend their time between Switzerland and Los Angeles. In 2011 they started their own weekly reality show on the Swiss Channel Joiz about their life in Los Angeles and their efforts to success in the music industry. Debut album for Zibbz came in 2013 with the title Ready? Go! And three years later released their second self-produced album entitled It Takes A Village. Zibbz’s creations used in the commercials of Ragusa and Subaru. In 2012 they wrote theme of the Men's World Floorball Championships in Zürich. Corine born in 1985, she was trained at Laine Theatre Arts in London. Coco recorded vocals for numerous artists such as Gölä, Bligg, Carlos Leal, Bastian Baker, DJ Antoine, and Bellamy Brothers. Worked on radio jingles for RTL, FFN, SAW, Radio Munot and Radio Fribourg. Corine worked with famous artists such as Donna Summer, Prince, The Sessions Band, Thirty Seconds to Mars, LP, Marc Storace, Scott Weiland and was the leading singer for Art on Ice, Basel Tattoo (2010 & 2017), and the European leg of the We Will Rock You: 10th Anniversary Tour by Queen. Stefan in born in 1987. He studied music in Winterthur where he completed his SMPV Diploma. He worked as a drummer and producer for several artists including Gölä and Bastian Baker. Except Zibbz, Stee is a member of the punk drum collective Street Drum Corps. The duo took part at the National Selection of Switzerland and won with the song “Stones”, written by Corinne Gfeller, Stee Gfeller, Laurell Barker. Switzerland will compete during the second half of the First Semi-Final at 8 May.
Willem Bijkerk is bonr in 1980, he adopted his stage name from his idol Waylon Jennings. His career was started in 1995 when he sang the chorus of the song “Harry Stallion” in the television program Telekids. Country music was great inspiration from his childhood. He used to play drams with the band West Virginian Railroad and in 1997 he signed a contract with EMI Records and went to Nashville to record an album, but unfortunately it was never completed. In 2001 he worked in United States beside his idol Waylon Jennings, but after Jennings’s death in 2002 Waylon returned to the Netherlands. The next steps in his career was the band Santa Rosa, the band Millstreet and in 2005 he formed with Rachel Kramer the duo Rachel & Waylon and performed “Leven als een beest” in the preliminary rounds of the National Song Contest. Waylon took part in the first season of Holland's Got Talent on SBS 6 in 2008 and a year later Universal Music signed him as the first Dutchman to the Motown label. His first album had the title Wicked Way (2009) and in 2011 After All was his second studio album. For the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 Waylon formed with Ilse Delange the duo The Common Linnets and sang the country/bluegrass song “Calm After the Storm”. They gained the second place with a total of 238 points behind Conchita Wurst from Austria, who scored 290 points. Later that year Waylon released his third studio album entitled Heaven After Midnight, and three year later, in 2017, he was picked up by the Dutch Broadcaster AVROTROS as the artist who will represent The Netherlands at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon. Five songs were written for this occasion, but “Outlaw In 'Em” was chosen from the public to represent The Netherlands during the first half of the Second Semi-final at 10 May.
Kostyantyn Mykolayovych Bocharov is the Ukrainian singer and songwriter Mélovin. Born on 11 April 1997 in Odessa, Ukraine. At a young age Mélovin became interested in music, he began attending a music school, but he subsequently enrolled in a theatre school, which he graduated from. He auditioned three times for The X-Factor Ukraine till his entrance in the season six in 2015 where he won. His debut single released one year later, in 2016, with the title “Ne odinokaya”. Mélovin’s first attempt to enter the Eurovision Family was in 2017 where he participated in the National Selection of Ukraine with the song “Wonder” but he placed third. A year later he wrote the song “Under the Ladder” and competed in the second semi-final of Ukrainian Selection, he was qualified to the final and won. Ukraine will be represented at the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest by Mélovin in the second half of the Second Semi-Final at 10 May.
Susanna Marie Cork is a British singer, songwriter and musician better known as SuRie. She born on February 1989 in Harlow, Essex and raised in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. SuRie graduated from Royal Academy of Music and she is classical trained as she can play the piano and oboe. She is also trained as a vocalist and has a talent in composing. Susanna is a teacher at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London. She has attended in several British venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and St. Paul's Cathedral and at venues all around the world, including St. Mark's Basilica in Venice. Recently she has provided backing vocals for Chris Martin of Coldplay and Will Young. This year was one of the participations of Eurovision: You Decide, the National Selection of Britain for the Eurovision Song Contest. Her song “Storm” gained the impressions and SuRie will represent United Kingdom in the Grand Final at 12 May.
