Estonia: Elina Nechayeva

    It was just completed in Tallinn, Estonia, the Grand Final for the artist who will represent the country in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
    Winner of the enchanting night was soprano Elina Nechayeva, who is the 24th Estonian entry with the song La Forza.
    The song is in the Italian language and is a creation of Mihkel Mattisen, Timo Vendt, Ksenia Kuchukova and Elina Nechayeva.
     Ten were the songs that claimed the ticket to Lisbon, three of which went to the "super final" after the vote of the jury and the television audience. The winner was voted by the public.
    The three songs of the super final were:

  • Stig Rästa – Home
  • Elina Nechayeva – La forza
  • Vajé – Laura (Walk With Me)

    Estonia will compete in the first half of the first semifinals on May 8th.
